Shipping Policy
Free Shipping
All orders, regardless of size or cost, qualify for free shipping within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Minor Outlying Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We are also proud to offer free shipping to our military personnel at APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Our skilled shipping team will select the most efficient shipping method tailored to your address and order size.

Important Note: USPS is the sole carrier for APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Orders to PO Box addresses will also be shipped via USPS.

Shipping Guidelines
Curious about when your order will leave our warehouse? Here’s what you need to know:

A "Business Day" refers to Monday through Friday, excluding legal or observed holidays.

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 4 PM CST will ship the same day.

Orders placed after 4 PM CST will ship the next non-holiday business day.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following non-holiday business day (usually Monday).

Order Tracking
For your convenience, once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information to monitor its progress.
Heat Sensitive Products
We include ice packs with all heat-sensitive products at no extra charge. While the ice pack may melt during transit, rest assured that product integrity is maintained with refrigeration upon arrival.
International Shipping
Cost
International orders do not qualify for free shipping (note that free shipping is available for certain U.S. territories and our troops at APO/FPO/DPO addresses). International shipping costs are calculated in U.S. dollars at checkout based on weight and destination.

Restrictions
Some products and brands cannot be shipped internationally, including but not limited to:

Advanced Naturals, Biotics Research, Douglas Laboratories, Jarrow Formulas, Pure Encapsulations, and more.

Neuroscience products cannot be shipped to Canada.

Specific products (e.g., DHEA, progesterone) have restrictions in Canada.
Please be aware that you can only order a maximum of a three-month supply of any product for shipment to Canada.

Local Customs & Laws
You are responsible for understanding and complying with your local customs and import laws. Any customs fees must be covered by you, and we cannot be liable for any related charges.

Importer of Record
As the purchaser, you are the importer of record and must adhere to all local regulations. We are not responsible for taxes, duties, or any fees levied by your customs office.

Customs Returns
If a package is returned due to customs issues, a 20% restocking fee may apply, and you will be charged for any additional shipping costs incurred.

Lost Packages
If your package is lost, we’ll reship your order at no extra cost once you submit an Affidavit of Loss. The replacement will require an adult signature upon receipt. If a package is delivered after the replacement is sent, you may refuse it or choose to keep it.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return Policy
You can return unopened items purchased from us for any reason within sixty (60) days for a full refund.
Please note: The following items are excluded from returns: heat-sensitive or refrigerated products, special orders, cosmetics, books, clearance items, and any order with five or more identical products.
Note: Return shipping and handling fees may be deducted from your final refund amount.
Return Instructions
Step 1: Contact Customer Service at info@oceansteps.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step 2: Carefully package your items in sturdy packaging. Products must be returned unopened and in new condition. Ensure items are securely packed, as we cannot take responsibility for damage during return shipping.
Step 3: Include the RMA number inside your package.
Step 4: Seal the package securely and send it to the following address:

Step 5: Drop off the package at your chosen shipping location to return it to us.

Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, we will gladly accept the return and either issue a full refund or facilitate an exchange.
If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, our standard refund policy will apply.
